AEF RETURN POLICY
AEF RETURN POLICY:
You have 30 DAYS from when you receive your order to return.
If you spend $100 or over on an order, you get free shipping (return shipping does not apply).
As a general rule of thumb, AEF will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition (tags still attached please!) for a full refund within the 30-day time frame.
BUT, the AEF Return Policy can still vary depending on category. Please see below.
We will accept returns in the following conditions for each category:
- APPAREL: Must be UNWORN, UNWASHED, and UNALTERED with all original tags attached.
- BAGS/HANDBAGS/BACKPACKS: Must be UNUSED, UNWASHED, and UNALTERED with all original tags attached.
- OFFICE/SCHOOL SUPPLIES: Must be UNUSED, and within original packaging. We CAN NOT accept opened merchandise, especially if it comes in gift set form.
- TOYS: Must be UNUSED, UNWASHED, and UNALTERED with all original tags attached. Must be in original packaging.
- Due to the COVID-19 Outbreak, we have to follow certain hygienic and safety procedures. So at the moment, we CAN NOT accept returns for the following items: FACE MASKS, SOCKS, and/or TREATS (any edible items).
- Any items that are not returnable are marked "FINAL SALE" and/or "NOT RETURNABLE DUE TO COVID-19 SAFETY PROCEDURES."
However, if you receive a damaged or defective item (no matter what category it falls under), please let us know so we can process an exchange. You will need to notify us no more than 7 days past the date of delivery.
Please note that if we receive returns that are worn, used, damaged, not in their original packaged state, or stated as nonreturnable on our site, they may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. Refused returns can be shipped back to you if you pay for the shipping fees. To avoid these troubles, please carefully read and follow our return policy.
And, please make sure to order your magical products to a SECURE location. Stolen packages are unfortunately outside of our control, so we are unable to offer refunds for stolen packages at this time. BUT, if packages are LOST and not scanned as delivered by UPS, we can place a claim on your behalf. We ask that you reach out to us within 3 days of the expected delivery date if this is the case. Replacement or refunds will be processed after UPS has investigated the claim, which may take a while! But rest assured that we will work with you as much as we can to resolve these types of issues in the fairest manner possible.

We try to get to your returns processed ASAP! But because of the COVID-19 situation, we are taking extra precautions with both incoming and outgoing packages. Due to these safety procedures, it may take longer than expected with processing your returns.
But don't worry! We will make sure not to take more than 1-2 weeks to process your return once it arrives at our facility! A Unicorn's promise!
AEF likes to keep things simple for both you and our hard working AEF Unicorns. The following method of exchange is the easiest for both royal parties:
To exchange, please follow the return steps for the items you wish to exchange, and then simply place a new order for the replacement items you would like. We find this is the easiest method, because we have limited quantities of our unique products. Therefore, we might run out of your desired replacement item by the time your return gets to our warehouse and is processed. Remember, newly implemented COVID-19 procedures have slowed down the return process for every warehouse. We just don't want you to miss out on the right product for you!
AEF does not offer price matching at the moment, but please note that we try to keep our pricing competitive and fair from the get-go!
AEF does ship internationally to Canada and The United Kingdom, but we currently do not accept returns from Canada and The United Kingdom. All international sales are FINAL.
